Professor Robert Sutton will draw on his new book, Good Boss, Bad Boss, to describe the mindset and moves of the best (and worst) bosses. He will weave psychological and management research together with instructive stories and cases to help you be a better boss (or deal with a difficult one).

Robert Sutton, professor of Management Science and Engineering, is the author of several books including The No Asshole Rule: Building a Civilized Workplace and Surviving One That Isn't and Good Boss, Bad Boss: How to Be the Best? and Survive the Worst, both New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestsellers. His personal blog is Work Matters, at and he tweets at work_matters.
