In order to view Stanford Online videos, you will need to have two components: Microsoft's Windows Media Player version 9.0 or above and a compatible web browser. Windows 2000 or Windows XP is also required; however our Academic Content (see list) may be compatible with Macintosh OS X and earlier versions of Windows. Follow the links below to download the software if you do not already have it.

If you already have the software, it is always best to check for the latest updates. In Windows Media Player, this is done by going to the Help Menu and selecting Check for Player Upgrades. For web browsers, you should visit their respective sites for the latest information and version.
