To apply for enrollment in a course in the Academic Program offered through Stanford Center for Professional Development (SCPD), you need to complete the enrollment application form, obtain appropriate company authorization, and send the form and payment to SCPD.

For first-time Non Degree Option (NDO) students, a transcript is also required. Upon the approval of the enrollment application by the department, SCPD will notify the student and site coordinator of enrollment status.

Students who are working in the United States, but are not citizens of the United States must have a current visa to participate in the SCPD academic program. NDO students are required to submit copies of their passport picture page, visa stamp page with date issued and date of expiration and/or current visa document, such as Notice of Action, to the SCPD..

Step 1: Open the Online Enrollment Application Form (link is beneath step 6 below):
Step 2: Submit enrollment application online over our secured server by completing the four screens.
Step 3: A copy of your enrollment form will be displayed at the end. Print the form and save for your records.
Step 4: For payment of tuition and fees, , you may pay by credit card or check, unless you are approved for direct company invoicing. Until payment is received and approved, you will not be officially enrolled in the class. Once approved, your confirmation letter will be mailed the following day.

Paying by credit card: SCPD will notify you via email, including the link and view of charges to be paid. Please note that late fees may apply if your credit card payment is denied.

Company invoice: If your company is to be invoiced, a copy of your registration and an approval request will be sent by email to the Manager that you designate on your enrollment application.

Step 5: For first time NDO students, arrange for an original transcript of undergraduate and prior graduate study to be sent to SCPD from prior academic institutions.

After receiving acceptance of enrollment, each HCP and NDO student is required to submit an Exam Monitor Form for midterm and finals.
