Company membership is not required for ProEd short courses and seminars. ProEd offers online enrollment. Enroll through the individual courses described in the Course Portfolio.

		Graduate degree: to enter an engineering graduate degree program, you must first apply to and be admitted to a graduate program in one of the departments. Once admitted, you undertake your part-time studies through the Honors Cooperative Program (HCP) and distance education offered by SCPD.
		Credit courses: to enroll in a Stanford course for credit without being in a degree program, apply through the Non Degree Option (NDO). Up to 18 units of course credit obtained as an NDO student can be applied to degree study. If credit is not sought, apply as an Audit student.
		Certificate programs: to work towards a certificate in a specific area, apply for enrollment in the individual courses through the Non Degree Option (NDO).
		Free Seminars: to view selected seminars on some of the most important current topics, register through the Online Seminars form. To get credit for these seminars, apply through the NDO program as above.
