We are excited that you are interested in Strategic Decision and Risk Management courses. Please complete the on-line registration form. You will be asked to identify the course registrant, course(s) for which you wish to register, and your method of payment. Upon submission you will be prompted to print the form. We will confirm receipt of your registration via e-mail.

If you choose to pay by company or chasier's check, you r credit card information is still needed in order to guarantee your seat in this course. Please complete your information on the registration form, and indicate that you will be sending a check.
