Application Instructions

1. Download and complete the Application Form.
2. Attach and send the completed application to: SDRM_reg@scpdinfo.stanford.edu
3. We will contact you about your admission status within 10 business days.
4. Once accepted, we will contact you about a course schedule and payment.

About The Application Process

• Applications are considered on a rolling basis. There is no application deadline.
• We will confirm receipt of your application by email within 3 business days.
• If you do not receive confirmation of your application within 3 business days, please email SDRM_reg@scpdinfo.stanford.edu or call us at 1-866-234-3380, or outside the US +1-650-475-4490
• You will be notified regarding program approval approximately 10 business days after receipt of your application.
