			1-4 Seminars	$35/seminar
			5-9 Seminars	$30/seminar
			10 or More Seminars	$25/seminar

You may only elect to receive Continuing Education Units (CEU's) for an additional $75 processing fee if you have registered for ten or more seminars. Please select this option when you register if you require a transcript indicating completion.

To receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, please notify us in writing prior to receiving your username and password. Once you have received your username and password, you will not receive a refund.
