	Online -	$495 per course

**On campus course fees include continental breakfasts, luncheons, participation in all lab sessions, and complete program materials package. They do NOT include hotel accommodations or travel arrangements.

You may only elect to receive Continuing Education Units for each course (CEU's) for an additional $75 processing fee. Please select this option when you register if you require a transcript indicating completion.

To receive a full refund please notify us in writing no later than 3 weeks prior to the start of the course. Once the cancellation deadline has passed, you will not receive a refund, but you may send a qualified substitute in your place. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the courses. If the course is not held, our liability is limited to the registration and CEU fees only.
