Description Qualified individuals may pursue any of 50 master of science degree depths on a part-time basis if they apply and are admitted into the program. Successful completion of 3 to 5 graduate courses in a guided curriculum of study leads to a Graduate Certificate. Successful completion of 3 or more professional courses leads to a Professional Education Certificate. Working professionals enroll in individual online engineering courses through the Non Degree Option. Stanford research and current industry practice come together for short, accelerated professional development courses. View graduate online engineering courses without interaction with the faculty, completing homework assignments, or taking exams.
Credit Each course earns Stanford University credit applied toward the Master of Science or Doctor of Philosophy program. Each course earns Stanford University credit that may later be applied toward a graduate degree. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) may be earned. Each course earns Stanford University credit that may later be applied toward a graduate degree or certificate. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) may be earned in order to maintain professional certification or obtain a Stanford University transcript. No credit
