Pursue a Stanford University master of science degree on a part-time basis through the Honors Cooperative Program (HCP). As an HCP student, you will be a fully matriculated graduate student of Stanford University.
Before you enroll in online courses toward a degree program, you must complete Stanford’s graduate admissions process. This includes having taken the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) within the past 5 years, submitting a Statement of Purpose, and securing letters of recommendation.
Application Deadlines - Several departments accept applications only once a year, others have rolling admissions for master's degree applicants. Please familiarize yourself with the appropriate application deadline.
Upon admittance to the master’s degree program, you will be notified to file your study plan in Axess, Stanford's web-based system. This is where you will also add, drop, and evaluate classes; update addresses; view your grades; request official transcripts; and review degree requirements status.
If you do not have one already, create a mystanfordconnection account so that you can pay your tuition, access your courses, and view your account status.
Prerequisites - Each degree program has specific prerequisites and requirements. Visit the degree program details page for the degree you wish to pursue to confirm you meet the program requirements. Search degrees
Transcripts - Arrange for sealed official transcripts (both graduate and undergraduate levels) to be submitted in the medium of English (certified translated transcripts can be accepted) from any prior institution(s) to the office of graduate admissions
