Dr. Andy DiPaolo

Dr. Andy DiPaolo is the founding executive director of the Stanford Center for Professional Development and senior associate dean of the School of Engineering at Stanford University. He is responsible for leading one of the largest university continuing education organizations and distance education networks delivering graduate degrees, graduate and professional certificates and courses, and contract training to professionals and managers in Silicon Valley and around the world. DiPaolo, at Stanford since 1988, has extensive experience as an advisor to universities, corporations and government agencies in North America, Europe and Asia on the strategic use of technology to address education and training needs and in the development of new models for distributed learning.

Paul Marca

Paul Marca is the deputy director of the Stanford Center for Professional Development at Stanford University. He is responsible for collaborating with Stanford faculty, industry experts, and corporate partners to develop the curriculum of graduate degrees, graduate and professional certificates and courses, and contract training for one of the largest university continuing education organizations and distance education networks. Courses and programs are delivered online, on campus and on-site to professionals and managers in Silicon Valley and around the world. A Stanford graduate and member of the senior management team for over 15 years, Marca brings a decade of experience as a television producer and director. He has served on two start-up advisory boards, consulted with a variety of media-based companies and initiatives, and helped build the Stanford Advanced Project Management program which received the 2005 Best Non Credit Program Award from the Association of Continuing Higher Education.
