Sponsoring Academic Department: Alliance for Innovative Manufacturing at Stanford Students pursue a unique course of interdisciplinary study to address these fundamental questions about the product design and manufacturing process: What makes a manufacturing process "tick"? How do you develop new products with manufacturing technology in mind? How do you plan and execute a successful product launch and manage efficient production systems? How do you estimate cost and manage finances associated with product creation and execution? How do you apply current Stanford research to product creation and manufacturing?

To begin working toward this graduate certificate, enroll in any of the required courses as a Non Degree Option (NDO) student. To inform the Alliance for Innovative Manufacturing (AIM) of your interest in the certificate and for assistance in planning your course of study, go to http://stanford.edu/group/AIM/AIMPrograms/Acadpgrms.html or contact AIM at aim-info@stanford.edu | 650.723.9038.
After completing all course requirements, submit a Certificate Request form to SCPD.
Upon receipt of the completed form, SCPD will forward the request to the academic department for approval and processing of the certificate.
